This Acti9 iC40N is a low-voltage circuit breaker, this circuit breaker protects the electrical circuits against short circuits and overload currents.

Description

This Acti9 iC40N is a low-voltage circuit breaker. This is a 3Poles circuit breaker with 3 protected poles. It has a nominal current of 10A and a C tripping characteristic. The tripping capacity of this circuit breaker is 6000A at 400VAC according to the standard EN/IEC 60898-1 (household standard) and 10kA at 400VAC according to the standard EN/IEC 60947-2 (industrial standard). This iC40N circuit breaker complies with both the household standard EN/IEC 60898-1 and the industrial standard EN/IEC 60947-2. This circuit breaker protects the electrical circuits against short circuits and overload currents. The handy clip-on function simplifies installation and makes maintenance easier. This Schneider Electric circuit breaker has an electrical life of up to 20,000 cycles and a mechanical life of up to 20,000 cycles. The Ue rated operating voltage is 400VAC. The Ui rated insulation voltage is 440VAC. The Uimp rated impulse withstand voltage is 4kV. The network frequency is 50Hz or 60Hz. The circuit breaker can be mounted on a DIN rail for modular installation. The width of this circuit breaker is 3 modules of 18mm and the pollution degree is 3. According to the IEC 60529 standard, the protection degree is IP20. The protection degree increases to IP40 when mounted in a modular housing with insulation class II.
