Essve Anchoring compound One-Ice is a high-performance 2-component compound consisting of vinyl ester resin, hardener and quartz sand. The mixed product has very little odor and is therefore also suitable for indoor use. ESSVE ONE-ICE is completely free of styrene, which makes use safer. Empty packaging should be disposed of as plastic.

In total, there are the following approvals and test reports:

• ETA for installation in cracked and uncracked concrete (Option 1)
• ETA for masonry and lightweight concrete (M8-M16) for installation temperatures above 0 °C (We therefore recommend using regular ONE for this application)
• Installation with threaded rods/studs M8-M30
• Installation with reinforcing bars Diameter 8-Diameter 32 mm
• Installation in water-filled holes (M8-M16 and Diameter 8-Diameter 16 mm)
• Seismic load-bearing capacity for category C1

Essve Anchor mass ONE-ICE meets the CE requirement through ETA-18/0617 and ETA-18/0642. The mixture of mass and hardener takes place in the specially designed mixing nozzle. When mixed correctly, the anchor mass should have a light gray color. Use the Essve Tack Gun joint sprayer, or another standard 300 ml cartridge sprayer (see accessories). The drill hole must always be brushed out and blown clean before applying the anchoring compound. The function of the anchoring compound is based on adhesion to the surrounding material, so it is very important to always follow the installation instructions found in the ETA approval. All loose concrete dust and drill cuttings must be carefully brushed and blown away, otherwise there is a risk of reducing the load-bearing capacity and safety of the fastening. When installing in cracked concrete, a special installation procedure must be used, which is found in the ETA approval.
