Essve Anchor Mass ONE meets the CE requirement through ETA-18/0617 and ETA-18/0642. The mixing of mass and hardener takes place in the specially designed mixing nozzle. Correctly mixed, the anchoring compound should have a light gray color. Use the Essve Tack Gun joint sprayer, or another standard 300 ml cartridge sprayer. The drill hole must always be brushed out and blown clean before applying the anchoring compound. The function of the anchoring compound is based on adhesion to the surrounding material, so it is very important to always follow the installation instructions found in the ETA approval. All loose concrete dust and drill cuttings must be carefully brushed and blown away, otherwise you risk impairing the load-bearing capacity and safety of the attachment. When installing in cracked concrete, a special installation routine must be used, as found in the ETA approval. When installing in hollow brick material, the Essve perforating sleeve must be used. The perforating sleeve is available in three sizes, suitable for M8-M16 threaded rod/stud bolt, see also Accessories Kemank anchoring compounds. When using a perforating sleeve, the entire sleeve must be filled with compound. Then press and turn the bolt in and let it cure according to the curing table. See detailed description in the ETA approval.
