Description

Bostik A980 Instantly Paintable is a high-quality acrylic sealant that is specially designed to be painted over immediately after application - perfect for fast and professional results. Used to seal and fill joints, joints, holes and cracks indoors in stairs, walls, ceilings, baseboards, window sills, window frames in wood and metal, brickwork and to fill cracks, screw and nail holes in walls and ceilings made of wood, mortar, plaster, brick, concrete, etc.

Area Of Use

The time-saving paint sealant with Bostik UCA technology is developed in collaboration with leading paint manufacturers and has unique properties that reduce the risk of shrinkage cracks when painting over narrow joints. Also withstands joint movements of up to 10%.

Substrate

The substrate must be solid, clean, dry and free from dust and grease. Absorbent substrates do not have to be completely dry. Porous substrates such as gypsum, lightweight concrete, limestone, etc. must be primed with a mixture of 1 part Bostik A980 Instantly Paintable and 2 parts water. Always test the adhesion before using the sealant. Not suitable for permanent contact with water. Not suitable for substrates made of PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bitumen.
